Description:The selected individual will work as part of the Cybersecurity team and must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. SOF GLSS supports the customer with a quick turnaround based on evolving needs. Individual must be able to solve complex problems related to computer network defense, incident response, insider threat, and computer forensics. Monitors, analyzes, and validates cyber security threats while having good communication skills to discuss.

Basic Qualifications:
– Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
– Effective oral and written communication skills
– Cyber Security certification and accreditation experience, previous assignments in evaluating / documenting compliance with associated standards/specifications
– Experience with incorporating STIGS, assessing systems for compliance, establishment of security controls, POA&M and mitigation efforts supporting the development and approval of C&A packages
– Ability to obtain DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Sec + CE) within 6-months
-Ability to break down complex issues into understandable components and communicate at the appropriate level for the target audience
Desired Skills:
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
– DOD policy and procedures
-Host and Network security tools, including eMASS, ACAS, HBSS, Splunk, and Core Impact
– Experience working with NIST 800-53 / RMF
-DoD environment
– Ability to communicate at multiple levels both orally and in writing, internally and externally
Security Clearance Statement:This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
