KBR is seeking an Intern for Physical Integrated Circuit Test Development in Beavercreek, OH. We have developed a set of complex System-on-Chip (SoC) using RISC-V as the ISA. Currently, there a test setup that has been developed to perform functional testing. The goal is to increase the capabilities of the test setup, enhance setup for performance testing, and possibly use the SoC in some basic application.
Responsibilities:
Understand debugging tools such as JTAG and understand communications protocols (mainly SPI)
Understanding of a complex RISC-V SoC architecture and implementing C-based test binaries into the SoC
Implement speed, thruput performance testing with guidance from team and mentors
Utilize the complex RISC-V SoC in some complex test or basic application
Required Experience:
C programming knowledge
Work with debugging microcontrollers/embedded systems
Basic understanding of memory architecture
Understanding of navigating the Linux OS environment
US citizen required
