Job Description
The Intelligence Analyst IV shall provide high-level expertise across all aspects of the counterterrorism mission; to include internal NSA and cross-community outreach and collaboration, policy issues, technical solutions, and partner engagement.
 
Essential Job Responsibilities

· Provide technical support to Target Pursuit working groups to include recommendations on the initial membership, processes, and output.

· Provide draft responses to high-level and often short-fused actions in support of senior NSA managers.

· Contribute to operational briefings for senior-level visitors. Deliver briefings when requested.

· Contribute to technical studies, analyses, and evaluations.

· Provide and document comprehensive technical advice on data flow, routing, sharing, circuits, and storage issues

· Provide and document technical advice on prioritization and tasking for ISR systems

· Provide and document comprehensive technical advice, guidance, and monitoring on specific foreign partner sharing activities

· Provide and document technical advice on joint activity capabilities, to include processes and linkage

· Participate in Interagency working groups, in special project teams and in other sponsored groups tasked with finding solutions to intelligence challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

Twenty-five (20) years combined experience, possessing all the following relevant experience for the number of years indicated:

· Professional experience and training commensurate with twenty (20) years of experience in National SIGINT production, or strategic SIGINT support and leadership roles directly associated with NSA or its Extended Enterprise.

· (Ten (10) years prior mid-level management or technical leadership responsibilities directly supporting NSA.

· Ten (10) of the twenty-five years of required experience may be substituted by ten years of military experience directly supporting National level SIGINT Operations.

· Required deep knowledge and direct leadership/management of NSA’s end-to-end SIGINT expertise, including SIGINT requirements, data acquisition, SIGINT processing, discovery, all aspects of intelligence analysis, and dissemination.

Preferred Requirements

· At least fourteen years of experience in programs that encompass strategic/national intelligence production with transnational focus: National level SIGINT analysis, intelligence reporting, and customer support.

· Six (6) years proven experience working with Senior/Executive level members of the Intelligence Community (IC). Experience supporting NSA Counterterrorism experience desirable.
