Come join our USARPAC Team in Honolulu, Hawaii!  HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Geospatial (GEOINT) National Technical Means (NTM) Intelligence Analyst to support our DoD Customers!

What you will do
Provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability
Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information
Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations
Analyze data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes
Produce first and second phase imagery interpretation reports in support of Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB), Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (JIPOE), and Activity Based Intelligence (ABI)
Support a team of intelligence analysts and interface with the government customer on deliverables, requirements, and GEOINT products
Analyze overhead and aerial imagery developed by photographic and electronic means to provide critical information about enemy forces, potential battle areas and combat operations support
Performs quality control of GEOINT reports before release
Subject matter expert on GEOINT related issues
Other duties may be assigned, as necessary
What we are looking for
5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
Experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis
Formal training as an Imagery Analyst (35G, 1N1, 0241, IS-3910) to include knowledge and understanding of orbitology and sensor phenomenology
Detailed knowledge of various GEOINT collection sensors, platforms, and sources within collection disciplines, including associated collection strategies and tasking procedures for NTM and commercial systems
Detailed knowledge of a wide range of GEOINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures to process, analyze, and report intelligence findings based upon theater and national tasking
Detailed knowledge of targeting principals associated with GEOINT platforms, publicly available information, and open source networks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings
Valid US Passport
Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
Bonus points for…
2 years experience supporting USARPAC GEOINT Intelligence analysis
4 years experience supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence and or operations
Previous experience working GEOINT analytical support with a focus INDOPACOM area of responsibility 
Working knowledge of GEOINT sub-disciplines to include but are not limited to Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR) Thermal Infrared (TIR), Spectral, Electro-Optical (EO), Moving Target Indicator (MTI), Full Motion Video (FMV), non-imaging infrared and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR)
Experience with RemoteView, SOCET GXP, MOVINT, ERDAS Imagine, ArcGIS and ESRI tools
Experience with Digital Point Positioning Data Base (DPPDB) and using point mensuration software (Precision Strike Suite, Special Operations Forces (PSS-SOF), Digital Image Exploitation Engine (DIEE), RainDrop)
Broad general knowledge of the USARPAC’s intelligence mission, and full knowledge of the intelligence collection issues for SIGINT mission subject areas in order to develop innovative, discipline-specific collection requirements in order to address and close intelligence gaps
Previous experience briefing senior leadership at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive Service level
Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly preferred 

 

Physical Requirements
May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
