Security Clearance: A current Secret level government security clearance is highly desired (will be processed for one if candidate does not have one to start) and therefore all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen.  

What You Will Do
The candidate will gather and organize technical information about an organization’s mission goals and needs, existing security products, and ongoing programs in the Multilevel Security (MLS) arena and subsequently design, develop, engineer and implement solutions to MLS requirements.  The candidate is responsible for the implementation and development of the MLS.
The candidate provides technical support for secure software development and integration tasks, including reviewing work products for correctness and adhering to the design concept and to user standards.
The candidate analyzes and recommends resolution of security/IA problems on the basis of knowledge of the major IA products and services, an understanding of their limitations, and knowledge of the IA disciplines.
What You Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area within DoD/Navy programs, plus at least 3 years of managerial experience.
The candidate must be knowledgeable about DoD and DoN Information Assurance rules and regulations with a proven ability to analyze and define security requirements for MLS issues. 
Proven ability to perform risk analyses and provide risk assessments and demonstrated knowledgeable of Security/Information Assurance (IA) products such as PKI, VPN, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems..
Experience leading and directing the work of others.
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings.
U.S. Citizenship required. 
Must be able to obtain DoD Secret-Level Clearance.

Physical Requirements

May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
