Brief Department Description

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Operations for RI &S.   The Department currently includes a Principal Specialist for PRISM CMMS activities and 3 Facilities Staff Techs.  

The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team: 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Description of Responsibilities

Assist RIS Operations Manager in the Operation of the Archibus CMMS System
Perform daily reviews of requested Facilities work requests; approve and prioritize providing appropriate dispatching notifications
Assist in the transition of current use of PRISM as CMMS system into Archibus CMMS system utilizing Enterprise Archibus CAFM system
Provide guidance and leadership to RIS sites with the current operations of the Archibus CMMS system including PM creation, scheduling and workflow design
Serve as technical expert on report creation and generation, resolve data conflicts, perform data analysis for Manager and supported functions.
Support leadership needs through on time delivery of strategic reporting
Analyze global facilities data to determine patterns and best strategic solutions to meet leadership needs
Communicate and coordinate with multi-state POCs to ensure cohesiveness in data and processes

Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

Refined interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate at a very high level with Stake holders that have conflicting priorities and demands
Demonstrated ability to work within Archibus as a CMMS system including the development and scheduling of Preventive Maintenance work orders

The understanding and ability to work discretely and quickly to meet senior management expectations

Desired Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

3+ years of experience with 3+ years of experience in the Archibus CMMS system.
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site facility service request, prioritize and assign such requests to in house and contractor labor.
Demonstrated ability to review submitted requests on a weekly basis to determine incidents of increasing risk of noncompliance with service level agreements

Required Experience and Education

This role typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years prior relevant experience

The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 to $152,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
