JOB DESCRIPTION
The Facilities Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of the site. The manager must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support a wide variety of mission and functional areas facility’s requirements. This will be a hands-on position. You will work with leadership, customers, stakeholders, vendors, and your facilities team to create executable plans, schedules, and budgets.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
You will ensure that organizational goals and initiatives are met on schedule and cost. As the Facilities Manager you will ensure the execution of all facilities, maintenance, and infrastructure activities to provide a safe, well-functioning and pleasing work environment. You will develop priorities and allocate the necessary resources to complete preventative and corrective maintenance tasks. Provide functional direction for the facilities planning, facilities and equipment design and construction as well as maintenance activities. You will ensure that overall budgets, schedules, and performance standards are realistically set and attained. Must be able to build and maintain strong teams.
Required Skills:
Strong experience gained in a facility-operations leadership role.
Experience with the following: facilities design, construction, planning, and maintenance including specific experience in design/construction/maintenance.
Experience with government facilities.
Experience with budget planning, forecasting, scheduling, and execution
Experience managing facilities projects.
Familiar with Microsoft office
Desired Skills:
Experience with lean / agile / flexible philosophies and techniques
Professional certifications/memberships within Facilities Management and/or within their field of study
Ability to act with high degree of independence
Proven leadership skills and behaviors
Positive track record of customer focused relationships
Ability to interface effectively with all levels and manage competing/conflicting stakeholder priorities.
Required Education and Experience:
This role typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Facilities, Construction, Operations, Engineering, or related field and 8 years of relevant experience OR and advanced degree in a related field and 5 years of experience. In rare instances a combination of experience, education, certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
US Citizenship:
This position may require access to systems/tools/sites that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
TO BE CONSIDERERD FOR REMOTE ROLES CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCATED IN THE CONUS
The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD – 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
