Aerostructures is seeking to hire a Senior Manager of Integrated Master Planning & Scheduling (IMP&S), reporting to the Associate Director of Program Integration and Execution. This role will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Master Planning & Scheduling function at Aerostructures, for both commercial and military applications. The role is accountable for building and leading a team of planners which will support the value streams and functions in project planning, resourcing, cost and earned value management, and performance. The IMP&S function will support NPI (new product introduction) from proposal phase through launch and sustaining production, as well as ad-hoc special projects requiring IMP&S support. The candidate needs to be energetic, a strong communicator, have the desire to be a change agent, and able to lead teams directly and indirectly through implementation of change.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
Considered an expert in the field of Integrated Master Planning and Integrated Master Scheduling for both military and commercial programs and projects; will be the “go-to” within the Aerostructures organization
Lead the definition, development, and implementation of procedures, standards, processes, and tools for program/project planning and controls from proposal phase through sustaining production (this includes training & communication strategies)
Ensure agility and scalability of processes and tools to support projects of varying sizes, complexity, customer types, etc
Build, lead, and mentor a team of planners/ schedulers that will directly execute IMP&S activities in partnership with the value streams and functions
Develop and run governance processes and venues to ensure program and project compliance to IMP requirements; Establish clear and robust metrics to measure team progress
Team and build relationships with all functions and value streams, securing input and buy-in from key stakeholders in the development and implementation of new processes and tools
Build relationships across the broader Raytheon Technologies organization to leverage best practices and lessons learned sharing
As applicable, develop and support processes which Integrate IMP&S with Earned Value (EV) system. Assist finance organization with the configuration and implementation of any EV system(s) to support program and contract requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Experience with Government regulations pertaining to program planning and Earned Value (EV) compliance
Experience with Continuous Improvement (CI)
Direct experience with MS PowerPoint and MS Project
Experience delivering presentations to all levels of an organization, including, but not limited to, senior and executive level leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with planning/scheduling in aerospace & defense industry
Capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
SAP experience
Project EVMS tool experience
Understanding of basic product development principles and onboarding NPI programs

The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD – 236,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
