Job Description:
The Sr. Analyst should have the ability to gain the trust and respect of senior and mid-level leadership; while being able to deliver solutions that best fit the business goals and objectives. The candidate will be an integral team member for large and small scale SAP implementations and alignments in MM/ARIBA as well as supporting existing solutions. The position will be responsible for delivering solutions from proof of concept to full project implementation. The candidate will also be tasked with training and supporting end users within the organization and will need to have the ability to analyze an issue and situations to come to the best business solution to solve problems. The candidate must be a customer oriented team player with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Role and Responsibilities
The candidate will help to define clear strategic direction as it pertains to SAP – MM/ARIBA across the Collins Aerospace enterprise. The selected SAP analysts will work alongside of a team of extensive business process and aerospace experienced resources. The candidate will use industry standards and best practices to help our customers solve complex business issues with world class solutions.
Build relationships the business, assist in helping to identify and resolve technical challenges preventing our customers from consistently delivering product on-time or ahead of schedule.
Help to contribute to the continuous development of your own and teams technical acumen
Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
Assist in the management and delivering of large / mid / small size projects
Train, coach, and assist with internal and external resources
Expertise-
Functional knowledge of SAP MM with Ariba solutions (Mandatory). Should have at least 1 or 2 end to end implementation in MM.
Procurement Process -Consignment/Subcontracting/Third Party/Service Procurement, procurement with Scheduling Agreement/Contracts.
Stock Transfer Process- Intercompany/Intracompany Process
Pricing Procedure & Release Procedure for PO.
Quota Management & Vendor Evaluation
Automatic Account Determination Process
MM/PP/FI/SD Integration
MRP Concept
Experience at an enterprise-level with strong expertise in SAP MM.
Exceptional analytical, planning, organizational, and problem solving abilities.
A motivated person who can guide and influence project stakeholders, building consensus that leads to a positive outcome.
Expertise in requirements gathering, writing SAP requirements, process modeling, and data mapping.
Strong ability to present ideas and information in group settings. Has the ability to persuade, negotiate, and facilitate conflict resolution.
Demonstrated experience successfully defining and documenting projects that drive positive results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that non-technical end users can understand.
SAP Ariba CIG and Cloud Connector knowledge.
Downstream: Catalog, Ariba buying & Invoicing.
Upstream: Sourcing, SLP, Spend Visibility, Contract Management.
Configuration of SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway.
Configure Ariba Network for PO & invoice transactions.
Experience In Interfaces SOAP/IDOC messages, EDI, Proxies
Master data integrations between Ariba & Backend ECC
Good experience with middleware PI/PO and Ariba CIG
Experience in Ariba Network(supplier enablement/PO/ASN/Invoice Monitoring)
Experience designing/Managing Requisition Workflow
Excellent in vocal/written communication skills
