This Finance Analyst, FP&A role at Interiors offers a tremendous opportunity to grow and develop working with a highly collaborative group of Financial professionals.  This role will include financial reporting and analysis; month end close; forecasting and planning.  In addition, this position will require strong trouble shooting skills and can drive outstanding items to closure. The role requires excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and a strong analytical mind. 

Primary Responsibilities:

Reviews, analyzes and interprets actuals and budgetary reports for Engineering and CAPEX
Develops cash flow impacts due to AR collections, coordinate with FSS
Coordinates with AP for wire transfers; payment resolution; vendor setups
Executes financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support short- and long-range business plans
Perform month end close tasking and analysis of related financial results
Conducts small-scale projects, completing ad hoc analysis

Basic Qualifications:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience 
Must be a U.S. Citizen

The salary range for this role is $75000 – $161000 ; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
