Collins Aerospace is looking for an Aftermarket Pricing & Systems Analyst, who has experience in value-based price development, and strong reporting and analytical skill sets. Individual will manage all pricing activities for several aftermarket programs to ensure sales and profit align to business plan market-based objectives, conduct meetings, support annual catalog development, and coordinate with multi-functional internal stakeholders.
This position work in a hybrid capacity (onsite and offsite) in the Chula Vista, CA facility.
Primary Responsibilities
Compiles cost and technical elements required for developing retail pricing of Requests for Quotes (RFQ’s), Request for Proposal (RFP’s), Recommended Spares Parts List (RPSL’s), and RMN Kits
Prepares data, coordinate and leads Program Review meetings
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure service level targets are met. Coordinates the collection and accumulation of cost, and performance elements from functional departments
Develop reports and tools as needed to support analytical needs of the Aftermarket organization
Possess ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner
Communicate extensively with other Aftermarket groups, including presentations to senior management
Travel up to 5% domestically and internationally
Basic Qualifications
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder.
ERP experience.
Experience with Continuous Improvement tools and concepts.
Experience with Pricing and cost analysis.
Experience with PowerBI, Business Warehouse, APO, Bex, Webi.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with reading engineering drawings.
Experience with manufacturing processes and their levels of complexity.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, ACE or CORE.
Able to communicate and make presentations to senior level leadership.

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD – 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
