We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join a team of innovators passionate about optimizing customer and employee experience through software enhancement and development. As BD Tools Specialist, you will leverage your knowledge of Salesforce and third-party APIs to develop and implement new software functionality for Avionics Business Development.
Job Duties:
You will partner with Digital Technology, Sales Operations, and our business development stakeholders to optimize Salesforce functionality, reducing inefficiency and improving productivity for a global team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend, design, develop, document, and deploy transformative Salesforce and other third-party solutions, such as Sales Enablement Platform (SEP) Configure Price Quote (CPQ).
Collaborate to design and implement a cohesive business data set between multiple critical tools and functions.
Create and manage site security in accordance with Global Trade and Digital Technology Policies.
Demonstrates strategic leadership and partnership to build pivotal technology vision.
Manages external vendors, as required. Experience/knowledge to monitor and troubleshoot process and tool issues.
Collaborates with digital technology liaisons to advocate for and execute projects based on business strategies and needs.
Represents the business in enterprise/corporate initiatives.
Works with Security/Compliance, Infrastructure, and Project Management Groups to manage Business Development digital technology portfolio.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
Experience in developing business processes within matrix organizations implementing large strategic projects.
Salesforce Administration, and Citizen Developer certifications.
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record of strong project management skills and customer focus.
Great technical, communication (written and oral), and people skills.
Experience translating needs from multiple product types/sales channels into wholistic business development solutions.
Experience working in Tableau and Sales Enablement Platform Administration.
Salesforce CPQ Certification.

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD – 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
