Ihre Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft:
Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der luftfahrtrechtlichen Anforderungen EASA Part 21 G & J und EASA Part 145
Aufrechterhaltung der Zulassungen EN9100, Part 21G und Part 145
Aufrechterhaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Managementsystems
Definition und Umsetzung der Qualitätspolitik und Qualitätsziele
Entwicklung und Umsetzung der abteilungs- und unternehmensspezifischen Strategie
Bereitstellung einer unabhängigen Unterstützung für alle Prozesse, Verfahren, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsanforderungen
Ansprechpartner für Qualitätsfragen, kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Ursachenanalyse intern wie extern
Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von internen und externen Audits
Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Behörden in Bezug auf Qualitäts- und luftfahrtrechtlichen Themen
Koordination und Umsetzung der standortrelevanten Qualitätsthemen vorgegeben durch Enterprise Corporate
Zentrale Lenkung und Koordination aller qualitätsrelevanten Aktivitäten und Themen
Ihr Profil:
Universitätsabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Qualitätsmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie.
Über 5 Jahre Erfahrung in EASA Part 21 J & G, 145 und DIN EN 9100

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Responsible for compliance with aviation regulatory requirements EASA Part 21 G & J and EASA Part 145.
Maintenance of EN9100, Part 21G and Part 145 approvals
Maintenance and continuous improvement of the management system
Definition and implementation of the quality policy and quality objectives
Development and implementation of department and company specific strategy
Provide independent support for all processes, procedures, quality and safety requirements
Contact person for quality issues, continuous improvement and root cause analysis internally and externally
Planning, coordination and execution of internal and external audits
Contact person for customers and authorities regarding quality and aviation-related issues
Coordination and implementation of site-relevant quality issues specified by Enterprise Corporate
Central steering and coordination of all quality relevant activities and topics
Your profile:
University degree with focus on quality management or comparable qualification
More than 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
More than 5 years experience in EASA Part 21 J & G, 145 and DIN EN 9100
Leadership and project management experience
High degree of personal responsibility
Strong communication skills
Goal-oriented work style with analytical skills for problem solving
Empathic personality with high leadership qualities
