Provide technical support for safety, equipment and ergonomics within the area is expected. Follow up of TPM/PM schedules for Equipment, daily TO-DO’s issues, and direct people assistance/over time administration. Performance of the above is on an experienced basis, dealing with technical problems of broad scope and with minimal supervision, while frequently providing guidance given in terms of equipment. Provide guidance to fellow employees, troubleshooting of all equipment on the production cells as well as the equipment at central plant and processing lines as needed. The position will be the responsible of troubleshooting equipment, Improving & optimization projects, and follow up of all equipment related issue within the composites manufacturing areas needed, will give support and direction to all direct maintenance personnel in terms of Equipment, Utilities, PM’s or Processing spikes. Will be able to install, work, develop, train and troubleshoot any Manufacturing equipment mechanically, hydraulically, pneumatically, electrically and electronically.

Requisitos:
Engineer bachelor’s degree, Preferred
5+ years in manufacturing environment
3+ years in leadership role
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
Predictive Maintenance and TPM tools, on a daily basis.
Enhance and support teamwork and give direction is expected.
Bilingual as well as excellent communication skills. (fluent)
