Create, support, and lead maintenance strategies for operations plan, aligned with plant and support functions strategies. Define maintenance departmental metrics-targets-projects, goals and objectives and monitor performance, aligned with customer requirements. Manage maintenance technical crew capacity & optimize utilization. Lead and develop maintenance leadership team (Team Leaders) with effective leadership, guidance, coaching, communication, learning and development plans for growth & perform outstanding management of resources aligned to company polices & procedures. Provides coaching to team members in order to improve behavior and results. Keep communications with all levels of supervisors, managers & directors in order to provide service on time and effectiveness.

Requisitos:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years in leadership roles
1 to 3 years’ experience in maintenance roles
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing
TPM methodology tools (Preventive, Autonomous, Predictive Maintenance)
Enhance teamwork and provide direction
Instill trust, lead by example, great accountability, focused in results with Collins behaviors
Fluent English
