Job Responsibilities:
Operate various machines in production environment including press, sander, shear, and various knives
Carefully follow detailed work instructions
Identify and report quality concerns
Delicately handle fragile veneer panels
Assist other areas as needed
Job Qualifications:
HS diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position.
Basic computer skills
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Must be able to stand for 8+ hours per day
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Machine operation or woodworking is a plus
Continuous Improvement/ACE experience is a plus
EH&S experience is a plus
AS9100 experience is a plus
