The CI Specialist role is crucial to the implementation and execution of the CORE operating system. They will get to work with ALL employees from shop floor to senior leadership, as well as high visibility and impact with potential for advancement and future growth. The CI Specialist will support the Resource Team in the implementation of CORE and continuous improvement activities to ensure the achievement of EPP goals and objectives. CORE and continuous improvement activities will include but are not limited to (a) cycle time reduction; (b) quality improvement; (c) inventory reduction; (d) part and process flow improvement; (e) better floor space utilization through 5’s; and (f) total cost reduction through the application of ACE / CI tools and techniques.
Requisitos:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related
1-2 years of continuous improvement experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to rapidly learn and apply lean principles
Ability to facilitate and conduct lean events and follow-up meetings
