The 24/7 Global Security Operations Center is an organized and highly skilled team whose mission is to continuously monitor and improve security posture while preventing, detecting, analyzing, and responding to security incidents, and events, with the aid of both technology and well-defined protocols with a customer centric approach. This is an analyst role who works in alignment with the shift and team lead in daily support of the Global Security Operations Center mission.
Primary Responsibilities
Day-to-day triage, analysis, and mitigation of security threats.
Incident and emergency (internal 911) dispatch, response, management and reporting of internal resources and local municipalities.
Real-time security operations and monitoring a wide network of security access points, alarms, and cameras to identify and resolve threats.
Access control management: access and credential distribution, provisioning and management.
Camera surveillance system operability and awareness.
Fire system monitoring, imminent threat and mass notification.
Intrusion detection management: alarm response, security guard service dispatching, and reporting.
Visitor management automated processing, management and troubleshooting.
Tier one service (break/fix) for end-of-line devices, batteries, user management and application troubleshooting.
Provide quality resolution to assigned projects as delegated by leadership.
Continuously improve standard operating procedures as operating environment changes.
Security technology output analysis and retention for investigative support.
Conduct audit and maintenance on security technology applications, assets and controlled environments for regulatory compliance.
NISP and NIST (DFARS) compliance in relation to security technology applications and end of line devices.
Basic Qualifications:
This position requires a HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required
Must be capable of obtaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Security Clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
Experience with standard software applications for communications, productivity, and presentation
Ability to self-direct and motivate in a team oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to stay detail-oriented and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced high pressure environment
This is a first shift position, yet individual must be able to work irregular hours, weekends and holidays, and peer backfills when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to influence and interact across a matrix environment of function and business unit leadership.
Experience in physical security applications such as access control, camera surveillance, imminent threat, intrusion detection, and visitor management.
Experience in emergency and incident management.
