Roles and Responsibilities:

Executes operational plans that have measurable contribution towards the achievement of results. Focus is on short-term operational plans (e.g., less than 1 year).
Provides measurable input to new processes or standards in operational plans in order to implement business strategies.
Manages  group of Facilities engineers and technicians providing 24×7 operations support to the entire campus in terms of facilities – airconditioning systems, power, air, water and other utilities – necessary for the production operations and office businesses.
Ensures reliable and high equipment uptime to meet OTD’s of the businesses.
Ensures capital and improvement projects are properly executed according to specifications, plans and leadtimes.
Responsible in ensuring reliable energy supply at optimum cost.
Assures full regulatory compliance of the facility to internal and external requirements. 
Performs interventions that ensures issues or troubles are resolved accordingly and no similar incidents occur in the future.
Looks broadly across all the businesses in the campus and liaise/coordinate with external providers on potential concerns or issues that may affect the site’s operations.
Secures buy-in and consensus among stakeholders in terms of projects, operational or equipment requirements.


Graduate of Mechanical Engineering with more than 10 years experience in Facilities operation, maintenance and project management. Ability to liaise with external regulatory agencies, vendors and contractors.
Preferably a Professional Mechanical Engineer to comply with the Philippine Mechanical Engineering Law.
With ability to execute solutions to equipment troubles and issues.
Good and solid communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders.
Proven track record of working well with contractors, suppliers and vendors necessary to carry out plant’s overall projects objectives.
