Job Responsibilities
– Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements
– Directs the work of employees assigned on projects in technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
– Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.
– Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements
– Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
– Monitors and assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives
– Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
– Interact with Lenexa and Netherlands team to update on project progress and support needed in PB
Skills and Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field of study
– 4+ years project management, project engineering, or project planning experience (scope, schedule, cost, quality)
– Decision making ability and leadership skills
– Strong communication skills (written and oral)
– Experience supporting Engineering Change Request (ECR) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) processes
– Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD
– Advance MS Office Skills
– Proven understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices
