Primary Responsibilities:
Works from instructions, drawings, schematics, illustrations and process documentation to assemble a wide variety of electrical subassemblies and systems.
Plans, fabricates, assembles, disassembles, sets up, tests, inspects, calibrates, troubleshoots, and repairs electronic and electrical hardware and equipment.
Performs routine, complex, and repetitive assembly operations and processes to produce quality and accurate products in a timely manner.
Analyzes and evaluates test results to validate acceptance criteria.
Practices and complies with environmental, health, and safety directions and procedure
Basic Qualifications
HS diploma and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 6 years of relevant experience is required
Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
Show interest in being a mentor.
Have knowledge and be qualified in the process to be mentored.
Minimum one year of experience, current or previous employee, in the company in the area of operation.
Be in good standing in regards to dependability. Have a good record of quality and productivity.
Guide and provide support to mentees based on training plan in the Advanced Proficiency Cell (APC)
Demonstrate a positive attitude that fosters the trust of the mentee.
Provide feedback on each mentees’ performance to the Advanced Proficiency Cell (APC)
Communicate to the Advanced Proficiency Cell (APC) coordinator any obstacle during the process that prevents the completion of the training plan
Complete any required records according to the type of training defined by the mentee.
Review mentee samples as needed
Safety glasses and other safety equipment are required depending on task
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including over time as needed.
