•Lead the Flight Controls team  at GETC-I Hyderabad.
•Should have 8+ years of relevant experience in Displays software development and vefication activities 
•Manages 15-20 members team of engineers.
•Working knowledge in all aspects of the software development life cycle and project life cycle 
•Demonstrates strategic and visionary leadership skills through solid communication and collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
•Passionate, customer-champion with proven success in producing innovative products, services and supporting processes directly focused on the improvement of bottom-line results
•Proven skill in understanding market and technology trends, and customer needs and developing product strategy and aligning product plans built directly from customer input
•Define and clearly communicate roadmaps, KPIs, measures of product success to stakeholders
•Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
•Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
•Publish periodic metrics to all key stakeholders
•Drive innovation and continuous improvement driven culture across teams and product life cycle development

Desired Skills

•BE/ME/Btech/Mtech, hands on experience in avionics software devlopment/verification activitites using DO-178B/C guidlines.
•Software development using C/Python/Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow.
•Knowledge of Avionics Systems, preferably Flight controls, Autopilot and Maintenance functionality.
•Well versed with agile methodology. Agile certifications will be a plus.
•Excellent communications, conflict management, stakeholder management, problem solving and leadership  skills along with the ability to flex with the corporate culture. 
•Self-directed, polished professional who is able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
•Proven ability to estimate task duration for all project resources.
•Ability to identify and close issues quickly and effectively.
•Excellent organizational , multitasking , prioritization skills . An extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
