CACI is seeking Cyber Security Analyst, who will directly support the Deputy for Communications.  Responsible for providing cyber defense subject matter expertise to support the management and assessment of implemented cyber security controls for NC3 programs.  Specifically, you will advise the cyber team in regard to analysis of threat assessments correlating to specific threat vectors related to E-6B communication and support systems, recommending implementation of required and practical cyber security controls, drafting cyber security policy, reviewing Cyber Security SLA/ISA with external agencies, advising leadership of potential operational impacts regarding the implementation of security controls and performing continuous monitoring analysis of the implemented controls while meeting or exceeding all DoD/RMF requirements. 

What You’ll Get to Do:

Perform duties as SCW-1 E-6B and SASS ISSO.
Advise the N6 and the cyber team in regard to cyber threat analysis and the implementation of cyber security controls.
Provide cyber security support and DOD RMF implementation guidance regarding airborne communication systems directly to wing, squadron, staff and other action officers and working groups.
Review all EXORDS, FRAGORDS and TASKORDS as directed.
Prepare issue sheets, point papers, briefs, mitigation strategies, technical analysis of reports, and recommendations regarding cyber security architecture.
Provide support regarding fleet integration, scenario training, aircrew tactics training, techniques and procedures including incident identification, response and reporting requirements.
Provide support for information system log collection and analysis identifying cyber security anomalies that require forensic actions and provide briefs to the N6.
Evaluate ACAS scan results to ensure security baseline compliance and configuration management for E-6B support facilities located on the SCW-1 campus.
Perform duties as a Data Trusted Agent for the Aircraft Weapons Systems ensuring media protections are implemented for all data at rest, in transit and in storage for operational use.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Possess a DoD “TOP SECRET” security clearance upon commencing work, and shall obtain a DoD “TOP SECRET”, with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access clearance within thirty (3) calendar days from the start of the period of performance.
Recognized master in technical discipline.
Develops strategic goals and implements strategic initiatives in support of goals.

Establishes operational plans for job area.

Develops and implements new products, processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results.

Significantly improves on existing processes and practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
Requires communication with executive leadership.
Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 1 years of related work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Knowledge of DoD NC3 system.
Knowledge of E-6B operations and procedures.
Knowledge of DoD/Navy and USSTRATCOM NC3 directives.
Proficient in Microsoft Access, and Adobe Acrobat.
DoD 814.3 Basic Level Cyber security certification
