All-Source Analyst – Multiple levels

As an all-source cyber analyst, you’ll enable our customer’s understanding of cyber threats. Using various collection platforms, you’ll develop new data sources, establish effective queries, and collate information from multiple sources to include SIGINT, OSINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, and other disciplines. Your efforts will help to validate information and produce intelligence assessments that enable informed decision-making at the senior Military and Government level.
JUNIOR TASKS:
Maintain a common intelligence picture.
Brief threat and/or target current situations.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis.
Generate requests for information.
Identify threat tactics and methodologies.
Monitor operational environment and report on adversarial activities which fulfill leadership’s priority information requirements
Provide timely notice of imminent or hostile intentions or activities which may impact organization objectives, resources, or capabilities
MID/SENIOR TASKS:
Provide subject matter expertise to the development of cyber operations specific indicators.
Assist in the coordination, validation, and management of all-source collection requirements plans, and/or activities.
Maintain awareness of internal and external cyber organization structures, strengths, and employments of staffing and technology
Engage customers to understand customer’s intelligence needs and wants
Monitor and report changes in threat dispositions, activities, capabilities, objectives, etc. as related to designated cyber operations warning problem sets
Produce timely, fused, all-source cyber operations intelligence and/or indications and warnings intelligence products (e.g. threat assessments, briefings, intelligence studies, country studies)
Provide SME and support to planning/developmental forums and working groups as appropriate
Provide information and assessments for the purposes of informing leadership and customers; developing and refining objectives; supporting operation planning and execution; and assessing the effects of operations
Provide intelligence analysis and support to designated exercises, planning activities, and time sensitive operations
Ability:
Ability to accurately and completely source all data used in intelligence assessment and/or planning products
Ability to focus research efforts to meet the customer’s decision-making methods
Ability to clearly articulate intelligence requirements into well-formatted research questions and data tracking variables for inquiry tracking purposes
Ability to communicate complex information, concepts, or ideas in a confident and well-organized manner through verbal, written, and/or visual means
Ability to effectively collaborate via virtual teams
Ability to evaluate information for reliability, validity, and relevance
Ability to evaluate, analyze, and synthesize large quantities of data (which may be fragmented and contradictory) into high quality, fused targeting/intelligence products
Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to function in a collaborative environment, seeking continuous consultation with other analysts and experts—both internal and external to the organization—in order to leverage analytical and technical expertise
Ability to identify intelligence gaps
Ability to recognize and mitigate cognitive biases which may affect analysis
Ability to think critically
Ability to visualize multiple intelligence sources across all intelligence disciplines
Requirements:
Minimum clearance requirement is TS/SCI with polygraph
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of intelligence analysis experience, or Specialized training and 4+ years intelligence analysis experience, or Equivalent intelligence/academic experience
Knowledge of all-source analytic tradecraft standards including but not limited to ICD 203 and ICD 206
Knowledge of IC-standard intelligence and production tools, databases, techniques, and platforms
10+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis
Experience as an all-source intelligence analyst supporting USCYBERCOM or other combatant commands
Knowledge of cyber operations, adversaries, trends, threats, and telecommunication infrastructure
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with senior Military and Government leadership
Master’s degree preferred
DoD 8570 IAT Level I or IAM Level I Certifications
