CACI is seeking an experienced Staff Action Officer with Project manager experience familiar Senior Leader communications and National Capital stakeholders to be an office manager. Be a key part of the Pentagon’s National Leadership Command Capabilities (NLCC) office helping set DOD policy and track NLCC programs. You will have direct interface with Senior DOD leaders from all services. We are looking for a self motivated experienced Executive Officer that can work a wide variety of critical issues with minimal oversight and attention to detail. Partial telework option available!

What You’ll Get to Do:
Support National Leaders by providing advocacy, guidance, and integration oversight for Presidential and Senior Leader and Continuity communications. Ensuring these capabilities are secure, integrated, survivable, enduring, and available under all conditions.
Use interpersonal and prior staff experience to help control and guide a group of highly qualified Subject Matter Experts to complete assigned tasks on time following established guidelines.
Work with Subject Matter Experts drafting policy documents, CATMS responses, and congressional correspondence ensuring proper formatting and clear writing is used.
Use your strong writing skills to provide briefing slide, correspondence, and package reviews.
Interact with Senior leaders within the DOD and federal agencies.
Use your technical expertise to provide analysis support and policy molding for National Security Systems initiatives.
Use Project Manger experience to shepherd sensitive communication programs through all aspects of developmental and execution phases.
Assist in DoD CIO digital modernization initiatives involving both National and Military organizations.
Attend High level meetings providing professional judgment and NLCC expertise on behalf of the customer to stakeholders.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and over 10 years of relevant related experience.
Proven Project Manager experience to handle multi million dollar programs.
Self motivated hard charger that is comfortable with rapidly evolving changes in a highly visible dynamic environment.
Strong writing skills in order to provide final briefing slide and correspondence and package reviews.
Knowledge of DOD (services, components, COCOMs, etc.) and the various players that are stakeholders in the Senior leader communications mission domains.
Technical expertise and skills with office products (word, excel, teams etc).
Working knowledge of CATMS or TMT.
Basic understanding of Video Telecommunications (VTC) equipment.
