What You’ll Get to Do:

This effort provides operationally focused “gap” training for U.S. Army intelligence Soldiers and units who are deploying and preparing to deploy.
This effort also includes the development and maintenance of critical operational intelligence training systems critical to satisfying the necessary training requirements.  

 
More About the Role:

Serve as a seminar leader/facilitator/instructor to deliver Cyber CoE (Electronic Warfare) Courses at the master level.
Deliver course curricula as a seminar leader in an adult learning environment at the graduate level
Facilitates student discussion to meet course learning objectives.
Inject appropriate lessons learned from current operations worldwide.
Assess student performance: read, analyze, and critique student assignments, including essays, case study reports, and papers.
Assist students in the conduct of their research, assist in obtaining suitable reference materials, advise on research methodology, monitor progress in accordance with established milestones, critique drafts, evaluate finished written products, and provide comprehensive feedback on student submissions.
Identify best practices and procedures used to train Electronic Warfare at Army and Joint experiments and exercises, in its value and applicability to educate Electronic Warfare MOS (17E) personnel.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

TS/SCI clearance
Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
8 years of Army Military Intelligence experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
In-depth knowledge of all aspects of EW Proponent training goals and programs to assure the proper planning and integration of EW training into the 17 Series Soldiers curriculum.
Significant knowledge of course location site management policies, principles, and techniques necessary to provide advice and assistance to the Fires COE DOT.             
Demonstrated experience in Electronic Warfare and Cyberspace Operations.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
Demonstrate mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
Demonstrate ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
Demonstrate in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
Demonstrate ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
Demonstrate ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $64,600-$132,500. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
