Make a difference; join our team. We have an upcoming opportunity to support a global training effort supporting the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).

What You’ll Get to Do:

This effort provides operationally focused “gap” training for U.S. Army intelligence Soldiers and units who are deploying and preparing to deploy. This effort also includes the development and maintenance of critical operational intelligence training systems critical to satisfying the necessary training requirements.  

More About the Role:

Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.                                                                                                                         
Develops DOMEX scenario for units conducting collective multidiscipline intelligence training exercises.
Scenario development and integration – includes knowledge of various areas of operation, likelihood of items that could reasonably be included on or near a person of interest.
Legally and specifically obtain products to include in digital and mobile devices for inclusion to developed scenario roles.
DOMEX systems maintenance: digital forensic suites, third party software maintenance and upgrades, software license upgrades and recommendations, and equipment inventory and turn in/transfer/updates DOCEX, CELLEX, MEDEX training development and instruction, providing current, realistic, relevant, and tough training to US Army Soldiers preparing for deployment Serve as an observer/mentor to facilitate and evaluate teams, performing the DOMEX mission, using current Army and DOD doctrine. 
Understanding of the external DOMEX entities for national and theater level reporting requirements and standard operating procedures Ability to advise I2TC+ director on various COAs in line with Army doctrine and best practices Manage scenario events in various training locations while implementing all available assets -to include linguists, role players, several intelligence disciplines, and intelligence products to name most- and ensuring proper reporting of events to site and unit leadership.
Coordination with external elements for platform DOMEX assets to include internal servers, equipment, and training events.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, to include weekends, in support of short-suspense US Army Reserve training events and locations.
Ability to play roles based on scripts, and precise direction, designed to test and evaluate Soldiers in training, while noting areas for sustainment and improvement.
Implement complex events into live-environment training scenarios to exercise specific training objectives in accordance with unit commander guidance. 
Evaluate and effectively implement training strategies and methodologies to constantly improve the training environment realism and efficacy.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

TS/SCI
At least 8 years of Army Military Intelligence experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
At least 7 years of DOMEX/MEDEX experience, including the use of Digital Forensics experience.
Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.
Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.
Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies.
Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
