Make a difference; join our team. We have an upcoming opportunity to support a global FOUNDRY training effort supporting the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).

What You’ll Get to Do:
 

This effort provides operationally focused “gap” training for U.S. Army intelligence Soldiers and units who are deploying and preparing to deploy. This effort also includes the development and maintenance of critical operational intelligence training systems critical to satisfying the necessary training requirements. 

More About the Role:

Develops, maintains, and / or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.).
Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products.
Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.        
Accountable for all aspects of the Collective Training Exercise Integrator Task Oversight functions assigned to the Contractor personnel staff.
Manages the hands-on, day-to-day accountability of CTEIs.
Assists PM in assessing new hires and ensures Contractor personnel are trained, are capable and maintain their job currency.
Provide liaison and direct support to the operational commander and Foundry Site Director responsible for generating an operational environment for home station collective training exercises. 
Support Army, Joint, Combined WFXs, training the intelligence elements of brigade combat teams, functional and multi-functional brigades, expeditionary sustainment command and sustainment brigades, and Army special operations forces embedded or standalone WFXs. Scenarios will feature the Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE), make use of hybrid threat doctrine, and integrate Unified Action Partner capabilities to meet operational training objectives.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

TS/SCI clearance
Minimum 20 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Minimum 12 years of Army Military Intelligence experience and experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Proficiency in DCGS-A or DIS software applications.
Minimum 3 iterations in a Combat Training Center (CTC) rotational unit serving in an Intelligence capacity.
Familiarization with DATE, employment of Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS), Mission Scenario Event List (MSEL) development, and Synthetic Training Environment Initiatives (STE).
Demonstrates ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
Demonstrates analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques aligned with labor category mission.
Demonstrates extensive ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to Defense planners and policymaker (e.g. Undersecretary level or higher).

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Exercise Observer/Controller/Trainer (OC/T) experience.
Master’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
