CACI is seeking a Navy Program Management Action Officer to support a headquarters ship modernization, maintenance and sustainment program office. This role directly interfaces with a senior U.S. Navy Program Manager (PM), Deputy Program Manager (DPM), and headquarters leadership of a NAVSEA Program Office. Primary focus for this role is coordinating and executing Front Office operations in support of the PM and DPM. Preferred experience would include managing Front Office operations for Navy or other Department of Defense programs. Demonstrated examples of a candidate’s ability to produce executive ready program office reports, analyses, and briefings is essential.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Coordinating tasking between GS-15 Department Heads for the Program Manager
Developing briefing packages for dissemination outside the Program
Office including interface with the Program Executive Officer/staff and other senior executive level collaborative parties
Reviewing correspondence, messages, and other packages requiring Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager concurrence
Attending meetings with the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager
Planning and coordinating Program Office Off-sites
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active DOD SECRET security clearance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills along with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations to complete administrative tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer interaction skills
Ability to work comfortably in fast-paced environment
Experience in a Navy command coordinating senior staff and executive products and correspondence.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience or familiarity with Navy modernization or sustainment support.
