More about the role:
CACI has openings for level Biometric and Identity Intelligence (I2) Analysts at the Army’s National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) as part of Identity Intelligence Analytical Support (I2AS) Program’s Africa Command (AFRICOM) Team. Qualified candidates will be responsible for conducting all-source Identity Intelligence-focused analysis and producing intelligence products in support of global missions and customers. As a Biometrics/I2 analyst, you will use I2 tradecraft to conduct analytic production on the full range of unique identifying human characteristics and modalities to include, but not limited to, fingerprints, DNA, iris scans, voiceprints, facial recognition features, and behavior for the purposes of identifying and tracking persons and networks. I2 analysis identifies attributes such as biographical, biological, behavioral, contextual, and reputational information related to individuals and intelligence associated with those attributes to identify and assess threat individuals and networks, their capabilities and capacity, centers of gravity, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance
Experience with intelligence analysis with a focused-on identities and/or networks
Junior Level:
1-5 years as a U.S. Government (military or civilian) trained intelligence analyst.
High School Diploma, however, an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree is highly desired.
Mid-Level:
5-8 years as a U.S. Government (military or civilian) trained intelligence analyst.
Associates Degree or 5+ additional years of experience (for a total of 10 years), however an Bachelor’s Degree is highly desired.
Formal Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) training as 31D, 311D, 35F, 350F, 35D, 18F, 180A or DoD joint service equivalent
Experience conducting research within relevant databases with ability to compile, analyze and synthesize necessary data to provide an assessment within the scope of the assigned mission and government approved format
Experience with research and intelligence analytic techniques, strong research and writing skills, and experience with basic computer applications, search engines, and data processing systems
Possesses a thorough understanding of Identity Intelligence tradecraft
Capable of coordinating analysis production with senior level and Team Lead oversight
Experience with analytical tools and databases to including BI2R/I2AR, SOFEX, Palantir, Trident, Lucky, Chrome, Analyst Notebook, TIDE, Pulse, QLIX, DataXplorer, PROTON, HYDRA, Babel Street, SKOPE Tools, and CHIMERA
Able to brief mission and production related topics to internal and external government clients, military personnel, and contract audiences
Able to operate both independently and as a member of a team
US government clearance: Active or Current TS w/ current SCI
Able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screenings as deemed necessary to be considered deployable
This position requires a minimum of a 6-month deployment as part of a rotational model.
