CACI is seeking an experienced senior level Continuity of Operations/Continuity of Government Program (COOP/COG) Staff Action Officer with Project manager experience familiar with National Capital stakeholders. Being part of the National Leadership Command Capabilities (NLCC) office you will help set the policy and track Emergency Management programs at the senior level. Looking for a self motivated SME that can work with minimal oversight, and has experience in COOP/COG planning and exercises. Partial telework option available!

What You’ll Get to Do:
Support National Leaders by providing advocacy, guidance, and integration oversight for Presidential and Senior Leader and Continuity communications. Ensuring these capabilities are secure, integrated, survivable, enduring, and available under all conditions.
Use your technical expertise and COOP/COG background, to provide analysis support and policy molding for National Security Systems initiatives.
Be on the cutting edge of Executive Branch continuity of government and continuity of operations: conducting audits, reviews, and assessments of stakeholder agency continuity operations/exercises.
Use Project Manger experience to shepherd sensitive communication programs through all aspects of developmental and execution phases.
Conduct high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation advice on complex problems presented to the country by the current world situation and future scenarios.
Provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments used in the COOP/COG environment.
Provide technical and analytical support for the coordination and participation with the National Security and Emergency Preparedness (NS/EP) Communications Executive Committee, technical interchange meetings and program reviews.
Assist in DoD CIO digital modernization initiatives involving both National and Military organizations.
Represent government leads at meetings and during exercises by providing professional judgment and expertise on behalf of the customer to stakeholders.
Help plan and draft policy documents, and congressional correspondence, while providing subject matter expertise on wide range of DOD CIO taskings.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and over 10 years of relevant related experience.
Proven Project Manager experience to handle multi million dollar programs.
Have strong working knowledge of DOD organization, military services, major military staff operations, and COOP/COG as a mission domain.
Knowledge of DOD and the various players (services, components, COCOMs, etc.) that are stakeholders in the mission domains (senior leader support, federal crisis response, government continuity operations, etc.).
Technical expertise and analytical skills to support COOP/COG efforts.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Knowledge of GETS and JCIDS.
Working knowledge of CATMS – DoD tasking system.
