In this position, you will work with a team of intelligence analysts who will analyze cyberspace threats, and adversary Communications network architectures/designs. You will be responsible for the analysis of intelligence and the creation of SIGINT reports, intelligence sharing/dissemination to support this important DoD mission. 

This work provides an exciting opportunity to work with complex systems and contribute to the soundness of system and network designs. You will have an opportunity to merge your ability to analyze threat intelligence with a team of Single Source intelligence analysts and Cyberspace Operations experts. 

Tasks:

Prepare synthesized product for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles in response to Intelligence Community requirements.

Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information from a variety of sources for use or decision by government personnel.

Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs.

Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.

Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers.

Issue appropriate products that identify developments, trends, indications, warning and rewarding specific targets.

Help develop databases and working aids on target activity to enhance and build target knowledge and improve collection to execute the customer’s mission.

Requirements:

Current TS/SCI with active polygraph will be required

Experience varies based on level from five (5) or more years working as a Target Analyst Reporter. At least two (2) years of experience must have been in the past two (3) years

Must be able to achieve Reporting Certification in accordance with USCYBERCOM standards

Demonstrated proficiency in authoring, editing, and disseminating SIGINT reports

Demonstrated strong proficiency using customer reporting tools, such as Grapevine

Strong understanding of customer reporting policies and compliance

Demonstrated proficiency in authoring tear-line reporting for dissemination of intelligence at varying classification levels

Degree in a liberal arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable

Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to the customers mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD and include drafting/editing intelligence reports

Experience levels:

Level 1 -HS/GED +6 years’ experience; AA + 4; BA + 2

Level 2: HS/GED +9 years’ experience; AA + 7; BA + 5; MA + 3; PHD +2

Level 3: HS/GED +12 years’ experience; AA + 1; BA + 8; MA + 6; PHD +4

Level 4: HS/GED +15 years’ experience; AA + 13; BA + 11; MA + 9; PHD +7
