All Source Analyst – Senior – Korea

CACI is seeking an experienced All Source Analyst, Senior level, to support the Joint intelligence Operations Center – Korea (JIOC-K) and United States Forces Korea (USFK).

What you get to do:

Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.

Produce intelligence products associated with North Korea, its military, political leadership, national military strategy, strategic doctrine, regional relations, security issues.

Assist in drafting or authoring intelligence assessments pertaining to a specific country and/or region based on political characteristics and/or military capabilities.

Track and coordinate intelligence production requirements; prepare studies, publications, and briefings.

Maintain and manipulate intelligence information sharing databases, data formats/products, and shared directories.

Translate, conduct quality review, and update as necessary all documents and products to and from Korean and English, as requested by the Government.

Utilize intelligence automated systems, especially COLISEUM, MIDB, MARS, CHROME, HOTR, CRATE, multi-intelligence disciplines/analysis, exploitation / mapping tools, and libraries.

Collaborate with INDOPACOM, services, IC and DIA HQ production personnel to coordinate and synchronize all-source North Korean Order of Battle (OOB) production for foundational intelligence in all domains.

Prepare Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs).

Perform as US Alliance Database (ADB) points of contact (POCs) to the Republic of Korea’s Ministry of National Defense (MND), Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) and component commands to facilitate DIA collaboration on tradecraft standards, and to command components for ADB production and data entry for synchronization with MIDB.

Facilitate data entry and retrieval in support of coordinated prioritization of community efforts and maintenance to correct USFK/J2 identified ADB and MIDB/MARS deficiencies.

Understand and recognize existence of data gaps, corruption, and record associations to ensure ADB data currency, quality, and consistency, and initiate fixes consistent with measured production progress, system health, and operational capability.

Have clear understanding of and access to MIDB or equivalent system operating procedures and production standards for order-of-battle currency and completeness for applicability and inclusion into ADB as required.

Understand how ADB information is properly ingested and displayed on synchronized Common Operating Pictures (COP) to ensure successful OOB depiction of relevant targeting data, database nominations, symbology, and infrastructure status.

Provide intelligence, recommendations, and advice to facilitate changing or developing ADB standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reference materials.

Train USFK J2 and component analysts on ADB functionality and processes as relevant to DIA OOB production requirements.

Require access to Foreign Government Intelligence (FGI)

Requirements:

Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, and Masters Degree, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.  16 years and Bachelors Degree as substitute to Masters Degree.

Language proficiency in Korean.

At least 3 years’ experience of translation experience and an excellent command of the Korean language with the ability to provide clear and concise oral and written communication.Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.

Valid US Passport   

TS/SCI, CI Poly or ability to obtain.

Language proficiency in Korean.
