More About the Role:
CACI has openings for All Source Intelligence Analysts at the Army’s National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) as part of Identity Intelligence Analytical Support (I2AS) Program’s Foreign Malign Influence Team.
• Create both formal and informal intelligence production fusing all-source intelligence with biographic and biometric modalities including fingerprints, iris, DNA, voiceprints, and facial recognition for the purposes of identifying and tracking persons and networks.
• Fuse identity attributes (biographic, biologic, behavior, and reputation) with contextual information and serialized reporting to identify and assess threat actors and networks, their capability and capacity, critical factors, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action.
• Analyze adversarial biometric systems to understand their capability, vulnerabilities, and to inform the U.S. Defense Acquisition Community.
• Manage and enhance DOD’s identity management repository, Identity Intelligence Analytic Resource (I2AR), through contributing production, reporting, and attachments and nominating derogatory identities to the DOD’s Watchlist.
• Support the Production and Coordination of Doctrine and policy documents, in accordance with applicable DOD authorities and guidance, to facilitate and advance I2 across the DIE.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance
Experience with intelligence analysis with a focused-on identities and/or networks
Possess knowledge of COCOM Area of Operations and Area of Influence regional political/military events – Special emphasis on Russia, Iran, China, North Korea or Violent Extremist Organizations (VEO)
Junior Level:
1-5 years as a U.S. Government (military or civilian) trained intelligence analyst.
High School Diploma, however, an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree is highly desired.
Formal Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) training as 31D, 311D, 35F, 350F, 35D, 18F, 180A or DoD joint service equivalent
Produce, deliver, and archive finished intelligence, FINTEL
In-depth understanding of Analytic Integrity and Standards
Review and ensure products align with NGIC standards, review graphics, including interactive media, assist in the development of visual aids, and ensure proper formatting
Verify proper sourcing of products and graphics, finalize publications, provide archiving support, track production, document and ensure workflow through the production process, and work within production schedules and coordinate with all parties involved
Present detailed finished intelligence products that include written intelligence reports, graphics/visual aids, spreadsheets, and video products
Review and edit products to align with NGIC Style Guide standards Review and edit graphics, including interactive media, assist in the development of visual aids, and ensure proper formatting.
These Qualification would be nice to have:
Identity Intelligence Support at the Tactical and Operational level in support of deployed forces.
Production requirements are often determined by deployed forces but usually consist of the following, but not limited to:
Identity Intelligence Analytical Support to Screening & Vetting Operations
Post-Biometric Match Analysis of exploited material
Biometric Enabled Intelligence w/ the use of Geospatial Analysis
Identity Intelligence in support of Device Attribution
Identity Intelligence in support of CI/HUMINT Operations
Identity Intelligence in support of Targeting Operations
