Systems Engineer, Senior

You Have:
5+ years of experience with performing engineering functions in support of design, development, integration, testing, and operation of systems of interest
3+ years of experience with developing CONOPS, TTPs, and SOPs
Knowledge of developing system-level architecture, including system design and related interfaces
Knowledge of collecting information to define system requirements for hardware-software systems
Knowledge of conducting peer reviews in support of Quality Assurance Efforts
Ability to support testing and integration activity to validate system requirements
Ability to brief engineering deliverables to stakeholders
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s Degree
Nice If You Have:
8+ years of experience as a systems engineer
Experience with working on engineering projects as a lead or senior member of the team
Experience with identifying stakeholder needs and proposing viable system solutions
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $66,000 to $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
