As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to shape solutions for flight hardware using open architecture by leading systems engineering efforts for the USAF and Joint DoD organizations. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. On our team, you’ll be able to broaden your skillset into areas like advanced mission and avionics systems. You Have:
5+ years of experience leading DoD systems engineering efforts for an aviation program
Experience with DoD acquisition or budget processes
Experience with project management
Knowledge of multiple system architectures, including client, server, and distributed processing
Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, your engineering team, and subcontractor teams to achieve program goals
Ability to think, plan, and work independently at both tactical and strategic levels
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Nice If You Have:
Experience with 4th or 5th Generation U.S. tactical aircraft
Experience with DevSecOps methodologies
Experience integrating embedded, air gapped solutions
Knowledge of software engineering practices
Ability to work independently and in support of an integrated product team
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master’s degree in Engineering
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
