Systems Engineer
As a Systems Engineer on this team, you will support a team of engineers to define, develop, decompose, analyze, verify, and validate requirements. You will also support architecture design that stems from these system requirements, decomposed across multiple levels. In this role, you will be interacting with multiple teams, including Software, Hardware, Operations, Integration and Test, higher-level systems engineering and integration teams, as well as program and project leadership to define and maintain the technical baseline. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to ensure that the program is on track as it matures meeting milestones to achieve the mission, and ensuring everything is synchronized.
In this role, you will provide systems engineering, integration, and test support. You will apply the principles of engineering to design components and systems using standards and specifications and participate in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for mechanical, electrical, and integrated systems. On our team, you will support all phases of the systems lifecycle including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal. You will maintain design documentation and follow configuration management requirements and lead system engineering functions, including CONOPS development, system architecture, subsystem design and analysis, creation and maintenance of system and subsystem requirements and interface requirements and definition documentation, timing and sizing, design reviews, system integration, test, or verification.
Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. On our team, you’ll be able to participate in the Technical Review Board (TRB) and Change Control Board (CCB) and process, perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems, and analyze all levels of total system product, including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal. You will ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Grow your skills by performing functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

You Have:
3+ years of experience in systems integration and analysis of military hardware and software systems and processes
Experience with performing systems design, integration, and analytical efforts
Experience with supporting the design, development, and review of systems engineering design artifacts, including Concepts of Operations (CONOPs), requirements analysis, interface design, system architecture development, or system performance analysis
Experience with writing technical documentation and test reports
Knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering., Computer Science, Software, Mathematics, or Physics
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Experience with DoD technical and engineering requirements in support of ICBM programs
Experience with developing system architectures and interface control documents
Possession of excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills to support working in a dynamic, diverse team environment
Top Secret clearance
Master’s degree
INCOSE Systems Engineering including CSEP or ASEP Certifications
