Systems Acquisition Engineer

You Have:
5+ years of experience as a systems engineer
Experience with applications and implementations of Acquisition Category (ACAT I through III) programs using DoD 5000 series directives and instructions
Experience with providing technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of specific components of complex hardware or software systems
Experience with developing scenarios or threads and an operational concept that describes the interactions between the system, the user, and the environment that satisfies operational, support, maintenance, and disposal needs
Experience with conducting quantitative analysis in non-functional system performance areas, including reliability, maintainability, vulnerability, survivability, and producibility
Experience with managing and ensuring the technical integrity of the system baseline over time, continually updating it as various changes are imposed on the system during the lifecycle from development through deployment and operations and maintenance
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Engineering Science, or Engineering
Nice If You Have:
Knowledge of U.S. Air Force systems engineering processes and procedures
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and government clients
TS/SCI clearance
Digital Engineering Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 65,000 to 120,000.
