Strategic and Operational Planner

As a defense mission professional you’ll bring your consulting, analytical, strategic, and tactical expertise to work on projects for the Department of Defense (DoD). You’ll research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support strategic planning. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes.
You’ll guide the work we do for the DoD and the solutions we deliver for strategic planning. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for the DoD.

You Have:?
5+ years of experience with military operations
5+ years of experience with tactical or operational planning in the Joint environment or at the division, corps, or theater level
Experience with the five stages of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)
Experience with using Microsoft Office products
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with strategic and operational DoD planning, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience with strategic and operational DoD planning
Nice If You Have:?
Experience with the U.S. Army
Experience in developing advanced warfighting concepts and structures
Experience with Joint tests and experimentation
Experience with joint targeting cycle and associated network considerations
Experience with Artillery, Infantry, or Intelligence
Knowledge of the Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX) process
Knowledge of Army modernization plans and processes
Knowledge of Army multi-domain operations (MDO)
Graduate of the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS)
