Solution Architect, Senior

The Opportunity:

At a certain point, experience-based system design can start to look like clairvoyance. When you’ve developed so many systems that you can not only orchestrate the best solution for any technology-based challenge, but you can also anticipate and preempt future issues, you’re a solutions architect. You’ve evolved your skills into strategy through a long path of software development accomplishments and the curiosity to understand how all the pieces of an IT ecosystem fit together. Are you ready to use your combination of knowledge, skill, and experience to take on the toughest challenges for the Department of Defense (DoD)?

Join an energetic team whose day-to-day mission involves breaking down the toughest challenges and communicating the essential results of that work to senior leadership. Your engineering skills and determination are needed to develop the cutting-edge technology used to support the warfighter and maintain national security across the defense command and control architectures. As a developer and engineer, you understand the power behind complex systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to modeling a critical digital information layer that will be the cornerstone of achieving client objectives. We’re looking for a problem solver who can use their skills to help perform detailed analyses. This is an opportunity to hone your technical abilities on significant engineering problems, all while gaining experience in leadership and communication.

Our team will be performing a variety of classified analyses of future digital platform concepts for the defense community. You’ll directly impact the DoD’s mission by helping determine courses of action supporting operational fidelity, experimentation, and prototyping.

Join us. The world can’t wait.

You Have:

8+ years of experience supporting U.S. DoD clients
Experience leading cross-functional teams developing technical solutions
Knowledge of CCMD organizations and directorate functions
Knowledge of federated systems, strategic data services, and data integration layer environments
Knowledge of command-and-control systems and integrating information operations into strategic and operational-level mission planning
Ability to leverage data-driven technologies and inform new data-centric methodologies to enable senior leader decision-making in dynamic strategic environments
Ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

5+ years of experience developing data science, data management, and data fabric solutions
Experience with innovative technical products and capabilities, including AI and machine learning
Knowledge of Joint Fires and Joint Targeting, including the targeting process to synchronize intelligence collection (IC) plans with joint fires to focus intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR)
Ability to communicate to technologists and data scientists
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
