The Opportunity:

As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our client’s most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe.

As a Subject Matter Expert in Army Aviation, you’ll bring your knowledge, leadership, and acquired skills and expertise to work alongside thought leaders developing cutting-edge instruction design utilizing virtual and mixed-reality training assets to first-level rotary wing aviators with Army and Industry partners. You’ll use your skills and expertise to plan, develop and implement new training programs and devices for the Army.

Work with us to drive innovative training solutions, reduce time to proficiency and increase the capability of entry-level aviators with unique and creative solutions.

You served your Country as an Aviation Officer – now continue your mission with us. Further your career while creating mission-forward solutions that matter. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:? 

10+ years of experience as a rotary wing pilot
Experience as an instructor pilot for rotary wing students
Experience with training Army Aviators ? 
Ability to adapt new and innovative solutions to reduce costs and reduce time to proficiency
Secret clearance? 
Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:? 

Experience with integrating adult learning systems? 
Experience with Project Management
Knowledge of virtual and mixed-reality flight simulators
Knowledge of software and hardware integration

Clearance:? 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,700 to $173,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
