Program Management Specialist, Mid
The Challenge:

On our team, you’ll review, analyze, and evaluate organizational programs in support of the client. You’ll work with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and complete tactical planning using tools like Microsoft Office and regular interactions with Subject Matter Experts. You Have:
5+ years of experience with project and program management
Experience with acquisition programs and processes, including developing documentation, scopes of work, market analyses, and cost estimates
Experience with proposal reviews and evaluations
Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Experience adjusting to shifting priorities and solving problems quickly
Knowledge of financial and project risk management practices and their applications
Ability to develop or improve processes and tools that help to identify and prioritize investment decisions
Ability to report to the work location 3-4 days per week
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with technical and financial business in government-funded technologically oriented enterprises
Experience working with U.S. federal agencies
Experience in the knowledge management area
Experience building relationships through teamwork
Knowledge of Federal IT Acquisition Reform Act requirements and applications
Possession of strong interpersonal skills
Project or Program Management Professional Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
