Organizational Transformation and Change Consultant, Mid

The Challenge:

It’s why we’re looking for a consultant like you who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.
 

This is an opportunity to create efficiency for U.S. Space Force clients. As an Organizational Transformation and Change Consultant, you’ll use your expertise to assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop a change strategy. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better. This may include development of a roadmap that will enable a client to build Mission Resiliency capabilities to support assured access to Space operations in any operational environment.

You Have:

3+ years of experience conducting organizational change management, organizational design, and process improvement for State or Federal Government agencies or large, complex companies with 1,000+ employees

3+ years of experience in the facilitation of organizational change management, organizational design, process improvement sessions or off-sites

Experience with advising a team using Prosci, LaMarsh, Kotter or change management methodologies such as Star model or organizational design methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies

Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Excel

Knowledge of organizational assessment techniques and methodologies

Ability to work up to 100% of the time alongside clients in a virtual or in-person environment based on project needs at CONUS locations

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Ability to conduct research and utilize qualitative and quantitative data to formulate findings and recommendations

TS/SCI clearance

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Change, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Systems Engineering

Nice if You Have:

1+ years of experience with business development, whitepaper development, and new intellectual capital development for moderately large or complex projects

Experience working with commercial, government, or DoD organizations

Experience with proactive risk management, automated risk detection, and optimized risk mitigation planning

Knowledge of Mission Assurance protocols, processes, and procedures in U.S. military context

Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Change, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Systems Engineering

Certifications in change management such as Prosci or LaMarsh and organizational design and process improvement such as ASQ or IASCC Green and Black Belt

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
