Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD)
5+ years of experience in military operations in the USINDOPACOM AOR
3+ years of experience with working in military plans
Experience in operational or strategic levels of DoD planning or execution
Knowledge of the Indo-Asia-Pacific Region
Knowledge of the planning continuum including the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP), Joint Operating Concepts (JOC), or Joint Capabilities Areas (JCA)
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Graduate of the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), School of Advanced Warfighting (SAW), School of Advanced Air and Space Studies (SAASS) , Maritime Advanced Warfighting School (MAWS), Basic Strategic Art Program (BSAP), or Advanced Strategic Art Program (ASAP)
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of USINDOPACOM policy and strategy and a thorough understanding of USINDOPACOM TCP/TCO, GCPs, CT EXORD, OPLANs, CONPLANs, and Theater Security Cooperation Plans including linkages to parallel national interests
Knowledge of U.S. national plans and policy (National Security Strategy (NSS), National Military Strategy (NMS), Unified Command Plan (UCP), Guidance for Employment of the Force (GEF), and Joint Strategic Campaign Plan (JSCP)
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
