Multimedia Content Developer
Key Role:
Creates and delivers timely and accurate information through the web, social media, and other communication channels, with appropriate editorial style and voice. Applies basic principles, theories, concepts, and limited industry knowledge. Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity. Refers more complex issues to higher levels. Works under direct supervision.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, or Encoder in an internship or academia environment
Experience with shooting photography and videography, including multimedia design and development in an internship or academia environment
Knowledge of video production, including pre-production, production, post-production, delivery, and assessment
Ability to direct non-professional talent on-camera
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with filming and lighting for live action footage
Experience with sound editing and Adobe Audition
Experience with selecting music for videos
Knowledge of typography, color theory, design, infographics, and interfaces
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of design tools such as InDesign and Canva
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $45,400.00 to $93,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
