As a systems engineer on our team, you’ll develop systems using model based system engineering principles and toolsets. You Have:
3+ years of experience solving complex systems engineering problems using standard methodologies
3+ years of experience with engineering processes
2+ years of experience applying model-based systems engineering (MBSE) principles and toolsets to solve technical challenges or support engineering programs
Experience with Cameo and MagicDraw as the modeling tool for SysML and UAF
Ability to solve complex technical problems where capabilities are affected by technical achievability, affordability, and schedule
Ability to mentor, develop, and lead junior MBSE practitioners
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience training and developing junior MBSE practitioners
Experience with DoD technical and engineering requirements in support of Air Force program offices
Experience in mission level requirements modeling with Air Force program offices
Experience with MATLAB and Simulink
Experience in modeling C2 processes
OCSMP Model User Level 1 or OCUP Foundation Level 1 Certification
ASEP/CSEP certification for systems engineers
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
