As a Live, Virtual, Constructive Technical Integrator on our team, you have the chance to develop information and simulation systems and local and wide area networking and architecture. You’ll develop your skills in system integration and provide support for local and wide area networking technology while gaining experience with executing network planning to manage growth and development. You’ll plan, prepare, and deliver integration and integrate requisite systems in training environments, including classrooms for individual training and venues for collective training of small to large groups. You’ll train military users and develop training methods and materials, including curriculum, lectures, and computer-based training aids based on consultation with the client and user specifications. You’ll consult with users to design, create, and configure systems to meet training requirements, participate in special projects, and perform additional duties to support client requirements, as needed. You will have the opportunity to learn new technology and grow your skills by monitoring network performance and exploring performance improvement opportunities to create future needs and capabilities of our client. You Have:

4+ years of experience with Military Mission Command

Knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and regulations involved in supporting military operations

Knowledge of military training, doctrine, planning and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP), and force structure

Ability to design exercises that meet doctrinal requirements

Ability to work weekends, holidays, and up to 12 hours a day outside of normal work hours

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30lbs

Secret clearance

Bachelor’s degree

Security+, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP Certification, including DoD IAT Level II Certification

Nice If You Have:

Experience with researching and recommending network and server hardware and software for large complex networks

Experience with SharePoint services and Linux RHEL 5

Experience with installing, designing, configuring, and maintaining system hardware and software

Knowledge of military operations

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Ability to develop, maintain, and implement network support and archiving procedures

Experience with Command Post of the Future (CPOF) or Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE)

Experience with gaming and virtual training capabilities, including Virtual Battlespace 3 (VBS3)

Experience with constructive simulations and stimulations, including Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) Joint Defense Logistics Model (JDLM), Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) or Warfighters Simulation (WARSIM)

Master’s degree in a related technical or military field

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
