As a defense mission analyst, you’ll bring your leadership, consulting, strategic, tactical, and technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in consulting on projects for the Navy. You’ll use your skills and expertise to communicate processes, methods, and deliverables related to the U.S. Pacific Fleet’s (PACFLT) Lessons Learned Program within the Joint Lessons Learned Information Systems (JLLIS) system and Collaboration at Sea (CAS). You will capture data, compile, analyze and report the status of inputs of functional subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, directorates, and subordinate commands, and assist in the training, evaluation, and certification activities supporting the Joint Staff Deployable Training Team (DTT), Navy Warfare Development Center (NWDC) Training Team, and TRANSCOM Joint Enabling Capability Command (JECC) enablers.

You Have:? 

·       4+ years of experience with planning and executing fleet operations and exercises

·       Experience on a major fleet staff

·       Experience with Microsoft Office

·       Ability to balance multiple taskings and pay strict attention to detail

·       Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

·       Secret Clearance

·       Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:? 

·       Experience with a Maritime Operations Center (MOC)

·       Experience with the Navy Lessons Learned Information System (NLLIS) or Joint Lessons learned Information System (JLLIS)

·       Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

·       TS/SCI Clearance

·       Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
