As a knowledge manager on our team, you’ll help your clients understand their mission environment and manage tasks and requirements. As the expert, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
Experience with using centralized and peripheral databases and records management systems and generating tailored metrics reports on performance and usage
Experience with organizing data, establishing file structures, and ensuring information is captured and stored in locations accessible to authorized users
Experience with posting, editing, distributing, and maintaining appropriate content on classified and unclassified websites and portals
Experience with conducting assessments to baseline KM processes, taxonomy structures and architecture, technology, tools, and capabilities
HS diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience with knowledge management or Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience with knowledge management
Nice If You Have:
Experience with working in a headquarters environment in support of senior government personnel
Experience with Communication and Change Management
Experience with Continued Process Improvement and Reengineering and Automation initiatives
Experience with developing and implementing KM Governance Support Frameworks
Possession of excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
