Junior Technician
Key Role:
engineering physics, engineering mathematics, and materials science principles to support the design, analysis, manufacturing, or maintenance of mechanical systems. basic principles, theories, and concepts, including limited industry knowledge. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity and refer more complex issues to higher levels. Work under direct supervision.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in a senior engineering technician role supporting the design, fabrication, and installation of equipment
Knowledge of installation and repair of electronic systems to include component integration, testing, and troubleshooting
Ability to apply electrical and electronic theory and expertise to design, build, assemble, repair, adjust, modify, and calibrate electrical components, circuitry, controls, and machinery
Ability to ensure all equipment is ready-to-use
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of various communications standards and interfaces
Ability to work independently or as part of a larger interdisciplinary team
Ability to read and modify complex engineering drawings to ensure compliance with design standards
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Clearance:
